Canterbury South Curry Lunch

In August, the Canterbury South group hosted a fundraising curry (and alternatives) lunch event. They were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Canterbury who chatted with the other diners. A choice of delicious homemade menus and fruit crumbles were particularly popular. A glass of wine or two helped freshen the palate between courses and with the well supported raffle, just under £300 was raised. A lovely sociable way to raise funds for the hospital.
