Annual Fair Success

Despite the inclement weather, our annual fair was a true celebration of community spirit, raising £2k. We were thrilled to welcome so many stall holders: the fire brigade; police; St John’s Ambulance; patient ambulance and, of course, our wonderful therapy donkey. A special highlight was the visit from the Lord Mayor, whose support was greatly appreciated. A huge thanks goes to our incredible League members who braved the weather and made the day a success — their dedication was inspiring. We are also grateful to Cabin Radio and the Inner Wheel for their continuing support. We have received lots of feedback and plans are already under way for next year’s fair on 11th July 2026.
